雅思口語(yǔ)：PART 3好壞類考題的高分答題技巧

在PART 3中，好壞類類的題目出現(xiàn)的頻率非常高，這一類題目很多學(xué)生是有話可說(shuō)的，但是問(wèn)題在于好處或者壞處只能想到一點(diǎn)，所以答案內(nèi)容往往比較單一，讓人苦惱，下面我們就來(lái)跟著新東方在線閆春偉老師來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)好壞類考題的答題技巧。

首先我們來(lái)看一下國(guó)家類問(wèn)題的提問(wèn)方式：

1. What are the advantages of living in the city?

2. What are the disadvantages of keeping a pet?

3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of spending time in a foreign country？

同學(xué)們應(yīng)該看出來(lái)了，問(wèn)題問(wèn)的全都是“advantage”或者“disadvantage”。有的題目單方面問(wèn)好處或者壞處，有的題目把好處和壞處合在一起問(wèn)。

下面我們?cè)賮?lái)看一位中國(guó)考生的答案：

1. What are the advantages of living in the city?

In the city you can live a better life because there are a lot of great places to enjoy your life.

相信同學(xué)們都能看出來(lái)這個(gè)答案不是太好，比較短，太寬泛了，那么我們到底應(yīng)該怎么回答呢？請(qǐng)看下邊這個(gè)樣本：

Well, I suppose there are quite a few clear benefits.

First, an obvious advantage is that you can enjoy a more colorful life.

For example, the subway will bring you a lot of convenience and the shopping malls can add fun to your life.

Second, the city can also provide you with better educational resources. You know, the schools are equipped with modern facilities and qualified teachers, which enables you to get a better education.

同學(xué)們應(yīng)該看出來(lái)了，我除了從“生活”角度進(jìn)行了分析，還從“教育資源”角度進(jìn)行了分析。其實(shí)這就是我要教給各位同學(xué)的“對(duì)應(yīng)式思考”。對(duì)于PART 3的問(wèn)題，如果我們只有一個(gè)中心點(diǎn)，那么可以從這個(gè)中心點(diǎn)的對(duì)應(yīng)面出發(fā)，尋找第二個(gè)中心點(diǎn)，來(lái)擴(kuò)充語(yǔ)言。例如：生活 VS 學(xué)習(xí)， 物質(zhì) VS 精神， 個(gè)人 VS 社會(huì) 等等。

下面我再給同學(xué)們舉兩個(gè)具體的例子，供同學(xué)們參考：

What are the disadvantages of keeping a pet?

Well, certain drawbacks do exist.

First, what bothers people most is that it consumes a lot of time and energy. You know, a pet is a vulnerable creature, so you have to look after them all the time and it can be pretty tiring sometimes.

Another big downside is that it will add your financial burden. I mean, a decent pet is usually expensive. Plus, you also need to pay for their food and stuff. As a result, your daily expenses will be increased.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of spending time in a foreign country?

Well, the upside is that you can broaden your horizon. For example, you can visit different places and feel their authentic local culture. Apart from that, you can also pick up a new language. I mean,, if you are in a different country, you’ll have the perfect atmosphere to practice your listening and speaking.

However, the downside is that you may feel lonely. I mean, you don’t know anybody and it’s easy to get homesick. Additionally, it will cost you a lot of money. For example, in England, a can of coke is 2 pounds, which equals about 20 yuan.
